The Role: 

We’re searching for the next member of the Clinical Outcomes Team. Your work will directly impact Carrot’s mission of people forming the family they always wanted. You will be responsible for multiple facets of clinical fertility data collection and analysis. Through the review of fertility medical records data, you will monitor clinical compliance with industry standards and record member outcomes to confirm they exceed industry standards, supporting our members to achieve healthy birth outcomes.


The Team: 

Carrot’s Clinical Outcomes Team focuses on quality care and outcomes for Carrot members.  We are a small but mighty team of 5 people (1 Clinical Outcomes Lead, 1 Sr. Clinical Outcomes Associate, and 2 Clinical Outcomes Associates reporting to the Sr. Director of Clinical Outcomes).


Minimum Qualifications: 

  • A Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5+ years of professional experience in the medical field with experience related to: 
  • Reviewing and interpreting Reproductive Health Records
  • Collaborating and communicating with medical providers (fertility clinics preferred)
  • Understanding of fertility procedures and billing codes, (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with productivity and day-to-day tools (Google Suite, Slides, Powerpoint, Slack, Jira, MacOS)
  • Ability to be analytical and data-driven


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Awareness and understanding of reproductive health and pregnancy care 
  • Experience working at a rapid-growth organization
  • Experience related to working with SART data and EMR systems
  • Experience working at an OB/GYN Office or Fertility Clinic 


Compensation: 

Carrot offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work, including health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, short- and long-term incentives, parental leave, family-forming assistance, and a competitive compensation package. The starting base salary for this position will range from $65,000-$75,000. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
