About The Role
As an Associate Product Manager, you’ll be instrumental in shaping and executing our product strategy, driving innovation, and building products that transform the healthcare industry. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, you’ll deliver outstanding products that meet our customers' needs and improve patient outcomes. The Associate Product Manager will also collaborate closely with our pharmacy team to enhance their software and optimize outcomes, including improving shipping flows, tracking features, and inventory management systems.

- You have exceptional verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
- You bring 1-2+ years of combined experience in healthcare and product management
- You thrive in environments of constant change, uncertainty, and occasional chaos
- You possess a keen eye for detail and a talent for organization
- You excel in collaborative team settings and are hands-on when needed
- You have experience leading teams and successfully implementing team goals and deadlines
- You’re passionate about continuous product improvement, going beyond just shipping new products

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $100,000 to $175,000, in addition to equity and benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations.
