Position Summary

Blue Acorn iCi is looking for a Scrum Master with experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and who is able to work on-site one or two weeks per month in Bellevue, WA (near Seattle, WA). The Scrum Master ensures that the teams remain on track to deliver their commitments by removing impediments, facilitating burndown and increasing velocity over time. More than anyone else, they will be responsible for the team’s adoption and practice of Scrum while overseeing the execution of on-time, on budget project deliverables. 


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Must be able to work on-site one or two weeks per month in Bellevue, WA (near Seattle, WA)
  • Hands-on project experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Reduce waste and increase the efficiency of the team by driving the adoption of Agile Scrum processes.
  • Lead teams to a high performing state by embracing the principles of servant-leadership.
  • Continuously assess the agile maturity of the team and coach the team to high performing state.
  • Actively contribute to the improvement of the company’s agile practices.
  • Experiment with strategies and tactics to increase the competency and efficiency of the individual contributors on the team.
  • Build a professional and collaborative team environment where issues can be raised and resolved quickly.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand ups, demos, and retrospectives).
  • Collaboratively define, report, and interpret metrics that help the team understand how teams are performing.
  • Serve as the liaison between the PMO, or other functional areas, and the development team.
  • Work to remove impediments for the teams.
  • Manage dependencies between your team and third parties or between your team and other agile teams.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience with Agile Project Management (preferably in SaaS company)
  • Professional Services/Agency Experience Preferred
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence 
  • Scrum Master Certification
  • Excellent communication skills
