We are looking for a Consultant II, Senior, Principal or Managing Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant (experience level will determine job title) who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.

Requirements (What We’re Looking For): 

  • Workday Adaptive Planning Certification (Preferred)

  • Workday Financials Certification (Preferred)

  • 2+ years FP&A experience (Preferred)

  • 1+ years experience implementing Workday Adaptive Planning configurations for customers of all sizes, of increasing complexity levels (Preferred)

  • 1+ years experience in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday Adaptive Planning solutions according to customer requirements (Preferred)

  • Experience with enterprise planning software and/or financial application software required (Required)

  • Budgeting and forecasting experience; including expense, personnel, revenue, capital, and balance sheet planning (Preferred)

  • Experience of extracting data from general ledger and other systems, using SQL or similar (Preferred)

  • Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration ​

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously

  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral

  • Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust

  • Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives customer expectations ​

  • Ability to travel 25-45%

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):

  • Work directly with clients to implement Workday Adaptive Planning technology solutions into their business environments of increasing complexity levels with experience

  • Deliver high-quality Workday solutions across multiple industries to meet clients’ business needs of increasing complexity levels with experience. 

  • Analyze financial models across multiple industries and markets

  • Educate and guide users on effective and efficient approaches to utilizing models, tools, and data

  • Actively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization

  • Manage a team of consultants, guiding them through their Workday/professional development and handling escalations (Manager Level)

  • Utilize Workday experience and knowledge to develop sales material and scope projects as needed by the sales team (Senior/Principal Level)

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

The hiring base pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At TopBloc, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range salary is $65,000- $180,000.
