We are able to quickly implement Workday Human Capital Management, Payroll, Adaptive Planning and Financials business processes and technology, letting our customers focus on their business while they gain immediate value. Once live, we also provide expertise and resources as needed to support the customer’s individual Workday solution.

We are looking for a Workday Adaptive Planning Managing Consultant who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.


Requirements (What We’re Looking For):

  • Workday Pro Adaptive Planning Platform Services Certification or Equivalent  (Required)

  • 2+ years experience implementing Workday Adaptive Planning configurations for customers of all sizes, or relevant prior work experience (Required)

  • 2+ years experience in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday Adaptive Planning solutions according to customer requirements or relevant prior work experience (Required)

  • Prior people management experience (Required)

  • Proficiency in at least three workstreams (Examples would include Revenue, Expenses, and Personnel, FDM Integrations, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) (Required)

  • CPA certification (Preferred)

  • Desire to manage and coach direct reports in a manner that results in positive change

  • Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration ​

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint programs

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously

  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral

  • Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust

  • Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives customer expectations ​

  • Ability to travel 25-45%

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):

  • Work directly with clients to implement Workday Adaptive Planning technology solutions into their business environments of increasing complexity levels with experience

  • Deliver high-quality Workday solutions across multiple industries to meet clients’ business needs of increasing complexity levels with experience. 

  • Define, build and implement financial planning processes and structure, in alignment with client’s business objectives and needs, enhancing clients’ experience and value of the Workday software of increasing complexity levels with experience. 

  • Actively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization

  • Manage a team of consultants, guiding them through their Workday/professional development and handling escalations 


Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

The hiring base pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At TopBloc, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range salary is $115,000- $170,000.
