Work Location: West - USA Remote
Responsibilities:
-
Build strong, trusted relationships with key clients to ensure they remain actively engaged with Quantiphi
-
Foster trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors by demonstrating deep knowledge of the Life Sciences value chain and business processes
-
As an Account Manager, play a pivotal role throughout the Sales lifecycle and drive business development within key accounts
-
Manage client relationships and spearhead business development by engaging with key personnel, including CXOs and senior executives, while understanding the client's organizational culture
-
Strengthen relationships with current clients by consistently offering solutions that align with their strategy and address immediate needs.

Gain a comprehensive understanding of key client objectives, needs, and expectations
-
Serve as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters, addressing concerns and needs
-
Drive new sales to support overall account expansion and growth.

Identify opportunities for improvement and new business within existing client accounts to meet performance goals
-
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions, aligned with customer goals and expectations
-
Resolve any customer issues or complaints to maintain trust and ensure client satisfaction
Basic Qualifications:
-
Proven experience of at least 5 years in account management or related roles within an Information Technology services or consultancy company (required)
-
Minimum 10 years of experience working in IT services or consultancy for Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical clients (required)
-
Strong understanding of the Life Sciences and Pharma industry sectors (required)
-
Proven expertise in technical sales and solutions aligned with customer needs, particularly in cloud, data, and artificial intelligence (required)
-
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executives and C-suite
-
Exceptional listening, communication, and presentation skills
-
Proven experience in contract negotiation
-
Experience in forecasting and tracking key account metrics, such as quarterly sales results and annual forecasts
-
Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for building relationships across all levels of an organization
