Seeking: Account Executive 

Reports to: CEO 

Location: Boston, MA 

Job Overview:  

eCare Vault is looking for a motivated, and self-driven Account Executive to join our growing team. 

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified opportunities within eCare Vault’s target markets. You will understand multi-channel outbound outreach campaigns to identify and reach multiple business decision makers within your targeted account list or territory. You will also have a strong ability to cultivate value-driven conversations with multiple stakeholders across complex, cross-functional teams.

You're a critical thinker with a passion for helping to solve prospective customer challenges and articulate how technology can be used to address said challenges. You’ll also work strategically on cross-departmental projects and initiatives to help further enable the success of our company.

We’re looking for an ambitious team player who wants to develop in a fast-growing company. This is the perfect step for a BDR or recent graduate to build their career in a rapidly growing SaaS start up. 

Duties/Responsibilities 

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Identifying and creating new qualified opportunities for eCare Vault to drive sales success through multi-channel outreach campaigns to reach our intended buyer personas and customers
  • Actively manage the progression of sales opportunities by leading the effort with internal resources or cross-departmental teams 
  • Developing and delivering compelling, client-informed, and value-driven presentations to decision makers and stakeholders 
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data using our internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system 
  • Commit to and deliver results based on assigned monthly and quarterly targets 
  • Ability to gain access to, build trust quickly, and develop strong long-term relationships with key public sector executives, C-level leaders and decision makers 
  • Build and complete key sales and business development initiatives to improve awareness of eCare Vault and increase sales pipeline opportunities 
  • Travel as required, as this role may be a virtual position 

Qualifications and Skills 

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Goal-oriented and extremely hard working with a desire to make a measurable contribution to eCare Vault’s success 
  • Understand what motivates customers to buy and what drives the industry to grow faster and know how to tap into those needs in an effective way 
  • Develop a robust qualified pipeline and handle strategic and customer centric account planning, crafting, owning and forecasting 
  • Be the trusted advisor and influencer in winning customer decisions to buy and adopt eCare Vault solutions 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great listener
  • Tech savvy with the ability to learn and adapt to new platforms
  • Excellent organizational skills, process orientation, and attention to detail
  • Critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good time-management skills 
  • Occasional after-hours work required to meet client time zones
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative 
  • Adaptable team player who works well with others to reach company goals
  • Deep commitment to get the job done and strong work ethic

Compensation:
Salary and title commensurate with experience and competitive with other start-up environments. Includes equity upside and health benefits.

Must be based in the U.S. and legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis. We are not able to sponsor work visas at this time.
