As an engineer on a small team focused on Retool’s web presence, you’ll own implementation of projects across all of our web touch points (retool.com, our blog, the community, documentation, and more) from start to finish.
Technical Account Manager responsible for ensuring the technical success of strategic accounts at Retool. Key responsibilities include customer onboarding, identifying new use cases, teaching best practices, and addressing technical challenges. Collaborates with account team and advocates for customer needs within the company.
As a front-end engineer at Retool, you’ll be building a platform that thousands of customers rely on to run their operations. You will help extend the core functionality of our application editor, which requires both attention to detail and an understanding of performance implications. New features often start off as customer ideas and you’ll be responsible for scoping, building, testing, documenting, and shipping them to production. You’ll be working primarily in React and Typescript with a Node.js backend.
