Columbia River Inter-Tribal Fish Commission (CRITFC) is a partnership of the Columbia River basin’s four fishing tribes: the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation, the Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs Reservoir, the Confederated Tribes and Bands of the Yakama Nation and the Nez Perce Tribe. With more than 130 employees in Oregon and Idaho, we work to put fish back in the rivers, protect treaty fishing rights, share salmon culture, and provide direct services to tribal fishers along the Columbia River. Salmon are one of the most important aspects of the cultures of the Indigenous peoples of the Columbia River Basin. They could rightly be called Wy-Kan-Ush-Pum or Salmon People for how completely these sacred fish shaped their cultures, diets, societies, and religions and continue to do so today. Putting fish back in rivers and restoring the watersheds where they live.

Joon Care is a teletherapy practice that provides high-quality and accessible mental health care to youth and young adults ages 13-24. We combine the benefits of one-on-one therapy with a convenient, app-based experience. Our unique approach leverages technology to make high-quality, evidence-based therapy more accessible and more engaging for teens and young adults. Our clients get the best of traditional therapy - live sessions with a dedicated and qualified therapist - but on their terms, using the mobile platforms they're most familiar with, and with tools to help them build skills and make change in their lives. Most importantly, it’s working. Our clients are, on average, reporting less anxiety and depression across their course of treatment with Joon. There are over 50 million teens and young adults between the ages of 13 and 24 in the United States and, according to the National Institute of Mental Health, approximately half experience anxiety, depression or other mental health disorders during these years. Moreover, according to the CDC, the mental health burden this age group faces is so high that suicide is now the second-leading cause of death among teens and young adults. The need has never been greater, and we are determined to provide a solution.

We're transforming the food supply chain by helping grocery stores increase profits and sales while simultaneously minimizing food waste. Each year supermarkets throw away 43 billion pounds of food, an amount that has tripled over the last 50 years. To combat this problem, we’re using machine learning to forecast demand for highly perishable foods, and automating the entire ordering process for grocery stores. Shelf Engine’s artificial intelligence makes over one million predictions each week to anticipate consumer demand under a variety of conditions. The result? A reduction of food waste by 32% alongside an increase in gross margin for our customers of 15%. Founded in 2016, Shelf Engine is on a mission to reduce food waste and change the grocery retail industry—come join us!
