The Operations Program Manager in Customer Success will work cross-functionally to plan and build towards the global vision of the Customer Success team. Responsibilities include developing project plans, gathering and organizing information on opportunities for improved efficiency, supporting projects from discovery to implementation, orchestrating workstreams towards common goals, providing change management, and ensuring KPIs are met.
