The EDI Specialist I at HMA works closely with internal and external stakeholders to triage and provide day-to-day support for external integrations with vendors in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. Responsibilities include monitoring outbound data integrations, maintaining EDI x12 834 integrations, implementing inbound and outbound integrations, managing relationships with external vendors, and providing support for S/FTP connections with third-party vendors.

As a Customer Care Advocate I at HMA, you will respond to customer inquiries about eligibility, benefits, and claims, advocate for callers, ensure customer satisfaction, and strive for first call resolution. This position requires working a shift from 9:30am-6:15pm PST.
