JOB SUMMARY

Fulfill a key role in the continuous support of KBR’s Global Workday HCM platform with a focus on integrations and complex reporting.

Position Description/Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as lead integration developer utilizing various tools – EIB, Studio, and/or Workday Connectors

• Maintain updates for all integrations, ensuring EIBs are updated to current version Web Services, performing requested updates to existing Studios, and Workday Connectors

• Assist with complex reporting requests, as required

• Ability to independently configure and/or create business processes, condition rules, notifications, alerts, dashboards, complex reports, and complex calculated fields based on needs of the business

• Audit system use to ensure data integrity, identify anomalies, and engage the appropriate team to assist with corrections where required

• Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure progress is maintained within expected guidelines and is completed on a timely basis

• Create test scenarios, perform tests, document test results, and coordinate/assist the functional teams in performing the tests to ensure processes work according to pre-determined goals

• Develop teaching documentation in various forms of media

• Other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 4+ years of work experience, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree

• 3 years of integration experience including creating EIB integrations (both inbound and outbound), Studio integrations (using EIBs and Connectors in conjunction with Studio), and Workday Connectors (using Studio and Data Transformations in conjunction with the connector)

• Comprehend XML structures and the use of XLST in the manipulation of XML data sets

• Comprehend JSON structures and the use of JSON with Studio to access and update custom objects within Workday

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US, company will not sponsor work visa

• Must be fluent in Word and Excel

• Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills

• Ability to foster and maintain strong working relationships with end users, peers and leaders

• Ability to prioritize duties to achieve most critical business needs first and manage multiple projects in an organized and detailed manner.
