  • Advising key stakeholders through selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Workday. Our consultants are hands-on involved in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, testing, integration enablement support, overseeing supplier enablement, and best practices  
  • Contributing beyond client delivery, including, but not limited to recruiting, coaching, marketing, business development, practice development, operational improvement, and beyond
  • Implementing performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives

Are you an Engagement Management expert eager to lead transformative Workday implementations? As a boutique Workday Consulting firm, we offer our Engagement Managers the unique opportunity to orchestrate complex projects for a diverse range of clients, from Fortune 500 companies to innovative start-ups, all while enjoying the benefits of a close-knit, agile team!

As an Engagement Manager, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Drive success in full-cycle Workday implementation projects, overseeing project plans and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery

  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, consistently exceeding expectations through strategic project management

  • Spearhead the creation and monitoring of crucial project documentation, including status reports, RAID logs, and comprehensive project plans

  • Orchestrate proper resource planning and staffing, expertly managing project performance, cost, scope, schedule, and quality

  • Pioneer risk management strategies, proactively identifying, communicating, and mitigating potential issues

  • Guide client project managers through complex challenges, swiftly resolving scope or schedule impacts

  • Lead change management initiatives, presenting and negotiating change orders for out-of-scope requests

  • Foster synergy between Workday Delivery Assurance and project teams, ensuring compliance with methodologies and checkpoints

We're looking for someone with:

  • 2+ years of project management experience in implementing Workday

  • Current Workday Certification

  • Demonstrated expertise in system strategy, requirements development, and business process improvements within Workday

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, balancing meticulous attention to detail with strategic vision

  • Exceptional collaboration and negotiation abilities, with a talent for building consensus among diverse stakeholders

  • Outstanding communication skills, adept at leading complex workshops, meetings, and executive-level discussions

  • Proven ability to work autonomously within a distributed team, recognizing when to seek support and leverage collective expertise

  • Commitment to fostering inclusivity, integrating diverse perspectives into innovative solutions and outcomes

  • Eligibility to work within the United States without sponsorship

Pay Transparency: The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $195,000 per year. The salary range reflects the target pay range for this role. However, individual compensation will be determined based on several factors when extending an offer of employment, which include, but are not limited to work experience, qualifications, skills and location. Compensation ranges may be modified in the future, at the sole discretion of CrossVue. 

 

This role is also eligible for a performance-based incentive opportunity.

A Note on Travel: Our approach to travel is different. Instead of the traditional Monday-Thursday grind, we thoughtfully schedule on-site client visits based on project needs and team well-being. Expect travel for this position to range from 25-30%, occasionally reaching up to 50% for critical project phases.
