Workday Change Management Senior Managing Consultant

Requirements (What We’re Looking For):

Workday HCM, PM, and Launch certification (Preferred)
-
4+ years of executing change management initiatives with complex projects with combined scope of HCM, Payroll, & Financial implementations within medium enterprise, large enterprise organizations with Workday (Required)

2+ years experience of proven mentoring and developing Change Mgmt Consultants & Managers to lead projects on Workday implementations with a Workday partner firm (Required)

Experience leading sales conversations to craft change management proposals (Required)

Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter) and their practical application. (Required)

Experience working with e-learning tools such as Captivate, Articulate, or Camtasia (Required)

Prosci Certification (Preferred)

Experience contributing and leading to new offerings and services aligned to Change Management of Workday implementations

Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration

Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel,PowerPoint,Google Sheets and Google Slides

Excellent organization skills with ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously

Strong communication skills, both written and oral

Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust

Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives

Ability to travel 25% - 50%
Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):
-
Define the overall change management vision and strategy for the organization, aligning it with business goals and long-term objectives. This includes selecting appropriate methodologies and frameworks.

Advise and influence senior leaders on change management best practices and the importance of investing in change capability. Secure buy-in and sponsorship for key change initiatives.

Oversee a portfolio of change initiatives, ensuring alignment and prioritization. Allocate resources effectively across different projects.

Manage and mentor a team of change management professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities.

Recruit, develop, and retain top talent in the change management field. Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Collaborate with sales teams on client engagements, including proposal development and presentations.

Play a key role in the sales process by contributing expertise in change management and developing tailored proposals.

Leverage change management expertise to support sales initiatives, from initial conversations to proposal creation.

Lead and manage large-scale, complex change programs that span multiple departments or business units.

Create comprehensive change management plans that address all aspects of the change, including communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management.

Work directly with clients and with internal functional team members to understand process impacts caused by the transition to the Workday software, including understanding client tenant configurations for better delivery of change management deliverables

Develop and design client-specific training materials, including: visual job aids, instructor-led training presentations, and e-learning videos

Work as assigned on internal team initiatives to improve department deliverables including providing input for project communications, work with functional leads and/or clients to develop and review content, identify future change management opportunities and services, etc.

The promotion base pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; performance; tenure; and other business and organizational needs and constraints. At TopBloc, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range salary is $145,000 - $165,000.
