Risepoint is seeking a VP of Partner Brand and Creative to lead the strategic development and execution of tailored brand and creative strategies and campaigns for our university partners.  The VP will report to the SVP of Product Marketing and lead our Creative Operations, Partner Brand Strategy, Content, Design and Video Production teams.   

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead the strategic and creative execution of our partners’ brand positioning, creative direction, and execution. 

  • Provide strategic guidance on brand frameworks, benefit ladders, and strategic messaging created by our creative team on behalf of our university partners. 

  • Set the standards, KPIs, and resource allocation guidelines and metrics for the Creative team and brief-to-execution process. 

  • Lead the Creative Operations, Content, and Creative team. Optimize project management processes and provide transparency on work allocation, timelines, and resourcing.  

  • Own the creative execution and operational process of our new partner launches and new degree launches. 

  • Lead and inspire our Creative team in the development of compelling partner assets with the intent to optimize partner performance.  

  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and marketing creative campaigns to act as the creative leader for the company. 

  • Ensure creative development adheres to our partners’ brand standards and guidelines, and connects to their key messaging pillars 

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Paid Media, Consumer Experience, Partner Management and Field Marketing leadership to align to partner and company strategic priorities and allocate resources accordingly. 

  • Build and oversee an integrated Content and Community engagement team to ensure we are building trust with our partner prospective students.  

  • Effectively manage team deliverables, provide progress to executive team and senior leadership peers, and proactively communicate expectations with team and stakeholders 

  • Manage and allocate creative and operations budget  

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field. Master’s degree preferred.  

  • 15+ years of experience in Brand Management or leading Integrated Marketing teams 

  • 10+ years of experience leading Brand, Integrated Marketing, Creative, and Creative Operations teams.   

  • 10+ years of experience developing brand positioning and brand portfolio strategies  

  • Proven expertise in developing compelling messaging and strategic positioning 

  • Proven experience developing and launching integrated marketing campaigns and activations 

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence external partners and internal stakeholders. 

  • Significant experience directing creative and operations teams.  

  • Experience establishing process to drive initiatives forward  

  • Ability to manage cross functional teams and manage external partner
