Your Role:
As our VP of Marketing, you will lead the charge in designing and executing marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and fuel company growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead & Inspire – Oversee daily marketing operations, mentoring a team to execute high-impact campaigns.
- Growth-Focused Strategy – Develop and implement SaaS-focused marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making – Analyze market trends, competitive insights, and performance metrics to optimize marketing initiatives.
- Digital Excellence – Leverage SEO, PPC, email marketing, content, and automation to maximize brand visibility and lead conversion.
- Budget Optimization – Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring a strong return on investment.
- Customer-Centric Campaigns – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling, customer-driven marketing strategies.
- Innovate & Adapt – Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously optimize marketing strategies for scalable growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Leadership – 10+ years in marketing, with 5+ years in a leadership role within a SaaS environment.
- Strategic Mindset – Deep understanding of subscription-based revenue models, digital marketing, and customer lifecycle management.
- Data & Analytics Savvy – Expertise in marketing metrics, including CAC, LTV, churn rate, and other key SaaS KPIs.
- Tech-Driven Approach – Experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and analytics tools.
- Creative & Analytical Balance – Ability to think outside the box while making data-backed decisions.
- Excellent Communicator – Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and align marketing efforts with company objectives.
