About the Role:

Demandbase is seeking an experienced Vice President of Revenue Enablement to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative strategies to equip our sales team with the tools, resources, and support needed to meet and exceed their revenue goals. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the MarTech/AdTech software industry and a proven history of developing and managing high-impact sales enablement programs.

The base compensation range for this position, not including the company bonus, is $225,000 - $255,000.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and execute sales enablement strategies to increase sales productivity and drive revenue growth.
  • Hire, coach, mentor, and retain a team of high-performing sales enablement professionals.
  • Establish and manage sales enablement processes, tools, and resources.
  • Set and monitor performance objectives for direct reports using OKRs.
  • Represent the organization in industry, institutional, and professional forums, boards, and committees to promote the company’s brand and initiatives.
  • Build strong working relationships with sales leadership to ensure alignment and adoption of sales enablement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create and deliver effective sales collateral and tools.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement programs, using data to refine and improve initiatives.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance sales enablement programs to align with team needs and company objectives.
  • Take ownership of OKRs for the team and ensure their successful execution.
  • Partner with Product and Product Marketing to maximize the impact of product launches in the field.

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 10 years of experience in sales enablement or sales leadership within a SaaS-based product company; experience in Go-to-Market technology is a plus.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement strategies and programs.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and processes, with a clear connection to driving business results.
