What Is The Opportunity?

The Vice President of Product Management will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our product portfolio. This role will be responsible for developing and delivering innovation, scalable solutions that drive business growth, and enhance the client experience. You will work cross-functionally to align product strategy with market needs, leveraging client feedback, data-driven insights, and industry trends to prioritize and execute an impactful product roadmap. 

What You’ll Do

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap
    • Define and drive the long-term product and services portfolio, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities. 
    • Develop a product roadmap that balances long-term innovation with short-term wins, incorporating client feedback, competitive analysis, and emerging technologies and trends. 
  • Client-Centric Innovation
    • Establish feedback loops with clients and key stakeholders to capture insights that inform platform and solutions development and enhancements. 
    • Champion a customer-first mindset, ensuring that all platform and solutions decisions enhance user experience and drive value. 
  • Platform Development
    • Help lead efforts to design and deliver the platform, validating product-market fit through interactive testing and refinement. 
    • Drive the evolution of the platform strategy, ensuring seamless integration with partner technologies and third-party services. 
    • Oversee platform development to enable scalable solutions that meet market demands. 
    • Collaborate with engineering to create intuitive, high-performance, and visually compelling product experiences. 
  • Execution & Go-to-Market Alignment
    • Translate product vision into actionable development plans, prioritizing initiatives based on impact and feasibility.
    • Work closely with marketing, sales, and client success to craft compelling product descriptions, messaging, and adoption strategies. 
    • Partner with executive leadership, engineering, client success and go-to-market teams to ensure product-market fit and successful product launches.
    • Define and track key performance metrics, ensuring solutions meet business objectives and continuously improve based on data-driven insights. 
  • Leadership & Team Development
    • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product management team and design team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration. 
    • Drive best practices in product management, fostering a data-driven approach to decision-making and execution. 
    • Act as a thought leader, both internally and externally, representing the company at industry events and in client engagements. 

 

Who You Are

  • 10+ years of experience working in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. 
  • Proven track record of developing and launching successful digital products and services, preferably in SaaS, enterprise software, or platform-based business. 
  • Strong strategic mindset with experience in MVP/platform development, iterative product releases, and scaling external platforms. 
  • Deep expertise in customer research, data analytics, and product performance measurement. 
  • Market experience and knowledge in the human risk domain in some aspect of digital executive protection, employment fraud, and/or insider threat. Understanding of the market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams. 
  • Experience in agile development methodologies and working with engineering and design teams. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience leading deeply technical product plans and aligning business strategy and technology delivery.
  • Proven change agent and a strong strategic thinker.
  • Proven track record of clear communications with C-suite stakeholders and across cross-functional teams.

 

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred

 

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Project Management software experience required
  • Hold a PMP certification or have demonstrated work experience in project management
  • Analysis and resource management experience

 

Work Environment

To perform effectively in a remote role, you must meet the following physical and logistical requirements:

  • Sitting/Desk Work:
    • Ability to remain seated at a workstation for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours daily) to perform tasks like typing, reading, and attending virtual meetings.
  • Typing/Computer Use:
    • Frequent and consistent use of a keyboard, mouse, and monitor for data entry, document creation, and online collaboration.
    • Proficiency with standard office software and virtual communication tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack).
  • Visual Requirements:
    • Extended screen time, with a need for clear vision to view text and images on monitors and mobile devices. 
  • Dedicated Workspace:
    • A quiet, distraction-free home office or workspace equipped with a reliable desk, comfortable chair, and sufficient lighting.
    • Secure and private environment to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Technology:
    • Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum upload/download speeds as specified by the company).
    • A company-approved laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and other necessary peripherals.
  • Communication & Availability:
    • Ability to participate in virtual meetings and respond to emails, calls, and messages during designated work hours.
    • Consistent adherence to company policies regarding availability and communication.

 

Travel

  • Travel in the United States and Northern Ireland required, 20% or less
