The Vice President of Commercial Operations is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the team responsible for ensuring that our entire customer facing organization is enabled with the skills, tools, processes, workflows, analytics and insights to successfully retain and grow our customers. Job Description:
The Vice President of Revenue Operations will lead and manage the team responsible for equipping our entire customer-facing organization with the tools, processes, workflows, analytics, and insights needed to acquire, retain, and grow customers. Because of the work you’ll do, more fleets will identify risk, stay safer, optimize efficiency and gain greater productivity.
What you'll do:
- Lead the team responsible for Commercial Operations: Sales & Customer Operations, Analytics & Insights, Rev Tech, Sales Compensation.
- Develop commercial strategies that align sales, marketing, and customer teams across the end-to-end customer journey (from lead acquisition to renewal). Partner with marketing to set pipeline goals, measure the pipeline funnel, and synchronize demand generation strategies with sales go-to-market plans.
- Lead the annual planning process, driving headcount planning, territory optimization, goal setting, budgeting and compensation planning.
- Partner with CRO to lead the sales forecast process, including target setting, booking and retention / expansion forecasting, and key insights to inform and communicate the forecast to ELT.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track performance metrics. Align teams from reps to VP on key KPIs and numbers. Provide insights to help first-line managers effectively coach their teams. Establish and maintain a comprehensive data infrastructure to enable these insights.
- Own the strategy and execution of our revenue tech stack, including Gong, Outreach, Zoominfo, Totango and partnering with IT to optimize CRM (Salesforce). Evaluate and recommend tools to enhance the effectiveness of revenue teams.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, providing clear responsibilities, meaningful and actionable feedback, mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with ELT and key partners in marketing, product and finance to achieve business objectives.
- Perform other duties assigned.

What you need:
- 10-15 years of enterprise SaaS commercial operations experience required. Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability in a complex-selling enterprise SaaS environment.
- Experience in leading and managing teams, with proven ability to develop and motivate team members towards achieving common goals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets
- Delivers results through exceptional organizational agility, world class communications skills, creative problem solving, authenticity and rive.
- Direct experience leading one or more of the key functions within Commercial Operations in an enterprise SaaS environment.
- Line experience preferred, in Sales or Customer Success.
- Strong analytical skills, including identification of metrics, automation of data
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field, Master's degree preferred

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:
$230,000.00 - $290,000.00
