As a Lead Technical Program Manager in Enterprise Technology in Wholesale Credit Risk Team, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that will help reaching business goals across the firm. Leveraging your deep knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential for developing innovative solutions, while simultaneously effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams. Wholesale Credit Risk Technology is a part of the Risk Technology organization responsible for delivering and supporting technology solutions supporting the Wholesale Credit Risk business function. In this role, you'll partner with our Leadership team, product owners and technologists globally as a Program Manager/Deputy to the Chief of Staff.
Job responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions
  • Execute and improve organizational operations inclusive of managing day-to-day operational strategies and optimizing existing team processes including headcount reporting, budget tracking, and other routine reports
  • Assist in the completion of our annual budget planning cycle including demand gathering, resource planning, and executive level communications
  • Demonstrate critical thinking, creativity, communication skills, and project management expertise
  • Collaborate to optimize processes and drive organizational efficiency, including design and tracking of performance, financial transparency and other technology-specific Key Performance Indicators
  • Compose executive level communications including newsletters, town hall materials, leadership updates, and organizational announcements to support executive and key stakeholder awareness of team goals and achievements
  • Perform financial planning and tracking activities
  • Assist Chief of Staff in identifying opportunities to champion our people agenda through events, activities, and communications to build a team culture of collaboration and delivery


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
  • Expert Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills, knowledge of vba or powerquery.
  • Ability to define and document clear and repeatable processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to develop and deliver executive level summaries
  • Ability to establish and build strong relationships and partnerships across cross-functional teams. Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
  • Experience taking complex and ambiguous information and refining it into meaningful content and clear action plans
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills; aptitude to deliver reporting and projects and act autonomously. Commitment to ownership, accountability, and transparency; strong judgment and ability to handle confidential/sensitive information
  • Highly organized and curious, with a "no job too small" attitude
  • Advanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services
  • Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
