The Vice President of Channels will lead the strategy, execution, and performance of JFrog’s global channel program, driving revenue growth and establishing standalone channel-driven revenue streams. Reporting to the SVP, Head of Alliances, this role will be instrumental in achieving and exceeding the company’s Net New Annual Recurring Revenue (NNARR) target across AMER, APAC, and EMEA regions. This is a high-impact, executive-level position requiring a dynamic leader and builder with a proven track record in channel sales, global team leadership, and operational excellence.

As a Vice President of Channels in JFrog you will... 

  • Define and execute a global channel strategy aligned with JFrog’s corporate goals to achieve and exceed NNARR target.
  • Identify and establish new channel partnerships across AMER, APAC, and EMEA regions to create a robust partner ecosystem.
  • Drive joint business planning with channel partners to identify growth opportunities and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Build and lead a high-performing global channel team, ensuring alignment across regions and functions.
  • Foster a collaborative, results-oriented culture that prioritizes accountability and innovation.
  • Develop and implement processes, systems, and tools to support channel operations and ensure scalability.
  • Establish KPIs to measure the success of channel initiatives and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and legal teams to align channel initiatives with overall business strategy.
  • Act as the key advocate for channel partners within JFrog, ensuring their needs and feedback are integrated into corporate strategies.

To be a Vice President of Channels in JFrog you need...

  • 15+ years of experience in channel sales, partnerships, or related roles, with significant exposure to global markets.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets, particularly in NNARR or equivalent metrics.
  • Experience running global teams at the executive level, with a history of building and leading high-performing organizations.
  • Familiarity with the software, cloud, or DevOps industries is highly desirable.
  • Adept at attracting, retaining, and developing top-tier talent while fostering a high-performance, inclusive team culture.
  • Proven success building strategic partnerships with cloud providers (AWS, Microsoft, Google) and/or major consulting firms and system integrators (Accenture, Deloitte, etc.).
  • Proven track record of engaging and influencing at the executive level, with exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong operational acumen, with a proven ability to establish and optimize processes.
  • A natural team player who thrives in a cross-functional environment with the ability to drive alignment and achieve shared goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

WHAT JFROG CAN OFFER…

  • At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.
  • This position has a base salary range between $270,000 to $315,000.  Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
  • Additionally, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments.
  • This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU).  In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

  • JFrog embraces hybrid work: 3 days in office / 2 days remote.
