How YOU will make a Difference:
The Vendor Integration Program Manager oversees integration and coordination with third parties that provide services to projects that span the organization. In this role you will have ownership of the end-to-end process of vendor integration and coordination. Through collaboration across the organization, you will develop processes and plans for the assessment, planning, and execution of a vendor addition.
What YOU will do:
- Responsible for establishing and optimizing the end-to-end process of coordinating with a third-party vendor.
- Responsible for the development of new workflows depicting the relationship between HMA (Healthcare Management Administrators) and the vendor.
- Project coordination and management of interdependencies.
- Understand the needs of the business including volume and timing of coordination.
- Develop and communicate written plans with resource needs identified for how coordination will be executed.
- Partner with technical team to ensure optimal technology and best practices are leveraged by the end-to-end process.
- Oversee the activities associated with coordinated with a vendor.
- Oversee the audit and testing process between HMA and the data vendor.
- External facing role with brokers, vendors, clients, and other key stakeholders.
- Maintains vendor repository.
- Manages the data file repository.
- Manages the data exchange format and layouts used by HMA.
- Understands impact of file exchange and other integration failures.
Knowledge, Experience, and Key Attributes needed for Success:
- Bachelors' Degree Preferred
- 2+ years of program and project management experience
- Experienced using Microsoft Suite, Teams, SmartSheet, Excel, & CRM
- Understanding of process improvement methodologies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal; comfortable and effective in communicating across all levels of the organization
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Skilled at building relationships and moving projects forward with diverse audiences who have competing priorities.
- Understanding of data and how to determine minimum necessary.
- Strong organization skills
- Strong leadership skills in keeping projects on schedule.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this position in the greater Seattle area is $94,000 - $128,000 and varies dependent on geography, skills, experience, education, and other job or market-related factors. Performance-based incentive bonus(es) is available.
