BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
Using an in-depth understanding of channel sales and partner needs, you bring digital services to their end users. You craft partner solutions that simplify efforts and improve efficiency. You proactively pursue new partner and channel sales accounts while developing existing ones. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment and travel regularly.
WHAT OUR REGIONAL CHANNEL SALES MANAGERS ENJOY MOST

  • Conduct a consultative needs analysis with prospective partner and sales channel clients and provide product solutions.
  • Understand the communication needs of small-to-medium and large business accounts to design partner-centric solutions.
  • Craft informative sales proposals and presentations on product benefits.
  • Request site surveys to determine serviceability, including the submission of an ROI.


WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Telecommunications, client service, and or sales experience (5+ years)
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Technical skills: Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce, CRM tools
  • Skills: Communication, project management, collaboration, sales, management
  • A Valid Driver's License with a good driving record is required

A qualified applicant's criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances.
The base pay for this position generally is between
$91,200.00 and $163,300.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at
$72,000.
