About the team

Join Zoom’s growing UX Research team, where we test and develop scalable, cross-platform solutions to ensure a consistent user experience. We work closely with our product and design communities to evaluate and enhance our cohesive customer experience, fostering innovation and creativity.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to educate, scale, and integrate user experience research as a core practice.

  • Defining business strategies and research goals in partnership with product, design, and development teams to maximize impact.

  • Planning, prioritizing, and executing research projects, defining methodologies, analyzing findings, and providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Leveraging expertise in user experience research, psychology, and technology trends to drive decisions and ensure platform-wide consistency.

  • Conducting research studies on user behaviors, needs, and preferences, analyzing multi-dimensional data to inform product decisions.

  • Monitoring user adoption and measuring the success of applications, innovations, and designs, using insights to drive improvements.

  • Communicating and summarizing findings to stakeholders, influencing design decisions and fostering alignment across teams.

  • Applying professional expertise to resolve complex challenges creatively, aligning solutions with company objectives.

What we’re looking for

  • Reside in the Pacific Standard Time zone (West Coast)

  • Possess extensive UX research experience spanning a decade, with a high proficiency in effectively implementing research strategies within large-scale organizational settings.

  • Show proficiency in utilizing user experience research methods and tools, including Qualtrics, Tableau, and usertesting.com, to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.

  • Be able to help evaluate and create engaging user experiences that balance functionality and emotional impact.

  • Have excellent problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$146 700,00

Maximum:

$339 300,00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
