Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to develop tailored digital media strategies that align with their business goals and amplify their thought leadership.
  • Coach clients in user-generated content (UGC) best practices, empowering them to create authentic, high-impact content that resonates with their audience.
  • Ideate, produce, and execute creative content across various formats, including videos, podcasts, and virtual events, to captivate B2B audiences.
  • Manage multiple client projects, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with brand objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and providing regular updates on campaign progress.
  • Leverage MarketScale’s suite of tools and platforms to streamline content creation and enhance client engagement.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 hours per week commitment
  • Demonstrated expertise in leveraging social media for B2B or marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Social Media, and other marketing tools
  • Experience in an agency, marketing, production, or strategy role
  • Proven ability to manage projects and communicate directly with clients
  • Strong business writing and communication skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Planner, Word, Excel, and other productivity platforms
  • 5-10 years of marketing or production experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
