As Training Manager you will develop and implement best in class training collateral and events within the Pool Solutions division. You will lead training for our dealer network and internal team members. This will include developing new materials, interviewing industry experts, briefing agencies and coordinating video and in person training events. The materials needed include pool service specific content and management training to better manage a successful business. The impact of the team member will be building stronger ties with our customer network and position industry leadership to our customers. Other key responsibilities include:

  • Train new customers when onboarding to Solenis; Retain existing customers.
  • Training operators and pool store staff on product specific benefits and how to use products.
  • Develop training to be conducted at dealer events.
  • Leading coordination of business management training for store owners.
  • Offer best in industry business training to clients including assessment to understand gaps in training and implement new options to improve.
  • Internal training for new team members and ongoing education to Solenis team members.
  • Planning Training Events.

This position will be remote with up to 25% travel, due to the requirements of the role you will need to work on eastern standard time.

Requirements

  • Degree-qualified or possess significant experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in a training-related role is essential.
  • Familiarity with project management software is highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience using Microsoft platforms, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to work with and adapt to various systems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and driven.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $88,950.00 and $124,530.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
