We're seeking a Test Automation Lead to enhance our automation capabilities, improve existing processes, and mentor team members. This role is crucial in transforming our automation practices and demonstrating value to clients. Click here to learn more about the Delivery team you would join.

What You’ll Be Doing?

  • Lead and improve Test Automation on client engagements, focusing on scalability and maintainability.
  • Assess existing automation codebases to evaluate ways to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement automation strategies using a variety of frameworks - we work with Playwright, Appium, Selenium, Postman, and others.
  • Integrate automation into DevOps pipelines.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor team members.
  • Create and execute automation roadmaps.
  • Perform automation audits and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with clients to drive strategic automated testing solutions.
  • Educate and influence team members on automation best practices.
  • Contribute to the Quality Engineering Center of Excellence.

What You Need to Succeed?

Technical skills:

  • 5+ years of test automation experience.
  • 3+ years leading Test Automation teams.
  • Experience developing and maintaining Appium frameworks.
  • Experience developing and maintaining Playwright frameworks
  • Proficiency in TypeScript and Python
  • Experience with web and mobile application testing.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD integration for test automation.
  • Track record of improving and maintaining legacy automation suites.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse frameworks and programming languages.

Human skills:

  • Outstanding communication skills in English.
  • Experience working with external clients.
  • Adaptable and quick learner.
  • Strong mentor and teacher.
  • Influential communicator.
  • Team player with cross-cultural sensitivity.
