- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance and strategies to the team.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales or a similar role.
- CRM Knowledge: Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM software.
- Communication Skills: Must be fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing deals.
