What You'll Do

• Drive practice solutions and services across clients , including driving sales, revenue, recruiting, delivery, consulting, and all operational aspects .

• Practice Building - Support overall growth of practice area through a combination of business development, talent management, oversight of delivery work, and thought leadership.
• Consistently deliver quality client services and drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget;

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Business or Life Sciences.
• MBA or Advanced Degree is highly desirable.
• 1 5 + years' experience in life science industry management consulting.
• 7 + years' experience in a leadership role within a professional service firm.
• Demonstrated experience with driving revenue within existing clients and in developing new prospects at the "C" level .

• Fluency in English is required

Travel:
Travel is a requirement at ZS for client facing ZSers; business needs of your project and client are the priority. While some projects may be local, all client-facing ZSers should be prepared to travel as needed. Travel provides opportunities to strengthen client relationships, gain diverse experiences, and enhance professional growth by working in different environments and cultures.
