Position Overview

The Technology Partner Manager is responsible for adding value to Rectangle Health by developing, growing & maintaining an existing partner pipeline to grow opportunities that align with Direct Sales.  The Technology Partner Manager must ensure that relationships with partners must remain well managed and mutually beneficial to both companies.  The main objective of a Technology Partner Manager is to increase long-term revenue as well as the performance of the company.

Primary Job Duties

  • Efficiently manages a continuous pipeline of existing partner opportunities to align with Direct Sales in year budget
  • Coordinates with Sales to develop strategies that allow for advancement of opportunity based on partner needs and synergies
  • Responsible for revenue growth, facilitating product discussions and prioritizing improvements and feedback into the partner development roadmap
  • Works with Marketing to create brand awareness and facilitates the communication of product expansion and value to partners (Product demos, Stewardship Meetings, QBRs, etc.)
  • Work cross-functionally to support effective relationships management with all stakeholders and partners and ensures end user satisfaction on administration, onboarding, and operational workflows

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree preferred
  • Technology Management experience or exposure preferred
  • 3+ years in Payment Partner Management experience required
  • ISV (Independent Software Vendor) experience required

The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of delivering results, ideally focused on Fintech markets. Additional traits and competencies that define the successful candidate are:

  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to analyze situations, solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Must demonstrate time management skills.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Business/financial management comprehension preferred.
  • Self-motivated.
