Technical Success Manager

We’re looking for an empathetic, curious, and experienced professional to join our Customer Solutions Organization to help retain and grow Snyk’s growing customer base.
Snyk is looking for a Technical Success Manager (TSM) specializing in DAST to help customers strengthen their application security posture by seamlessly integrating our DAST solution into their development and security workflows. You will lead the onboarding process for our new DAST solution, ensuring a smooth rollout and alignment with customers’ security objectives.
As the technical point of contact, you will act as a trusted DAST advisor, guiding customers in making data-driven security decisions that align with their risk management strategies. You’ll define and implement DAST adoption strategies, helping customers unlock business value, enhance security maturity, and achieve long-term success. Your expertise will drive DAST best practices, ensuring effective vulnerability detection, improved application security, and increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.
You’ll Spend Your Time:
- Driving DAST rollout and implementation by owning project delivery from kick-off to completion for customer deployments.
- Leading the end-to-end implementation of Snyk’s DAST solution, ensuring seamless integration into customer environments.
- Communicating regularly with project stakeholders on the status, timelines, and risks of DAST project delivery throughout the implementation phases.
- Conducting DAST project kick-offs, and working sessions.
- Facilitating successful DAST adoption by coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve positive customer outcomes.
- Optimizing DAST onboarding and implementation processes for continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Advocating for customers’ technical needs, ensuring DAST configurations and integrations align with their security objectives.
- Collaborating with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Support to accelerate DAST adoption and enhance customer security posture.
What You’ll Need:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, engaging with customer executives, technologists and/or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies
- Experience running DAST or using Selenium and Postman Collections for functional testing
- Experience working closely with highly technical customers within the Enterprise (Fortune 100) space in North America
- The ability to demonstrate a working knowledge of Developer or Application Security tools (e.g. GitHub, Jira, Jenkins, VScode)
- Exceptional organization and time-management skills and the ability to effectively manage across competing priorities
- To be an effective and influential communicator with a range of personas (from end user to executive); you can facilitate challenging discussions and are adept at handling objections
- To thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and as a part of a results oriented team
- Comprehension of basic security topics such as XSS and SQL Injection
- Understanding of basic web development, HTML, and SQL JavaScript/TypeScript. and ideally Python, Java, .NET
- Detailed knowledge of HTTP protocol
- Basic TCP/IP and other networking concepts
- Familiarity with network tools such as Fiddler and Wireshark
- Experience with operating systems Windows and Linux, in particular Web Server technologies
- Fundamental knowledge of Docker
We’d be Lucky if You:
- A developer background or any experience with coding
- An application security background or penetration testing experience
- Prior experience in a direct or matrixed role leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams
- Have a history of problem-solving and innovation developing technology programs and working across customer organizations
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, technology, cybersecurity, engineering, math, business, or equivalent experience
