About the Role
As a Technical Sourcing Specialist, you will manage the first stage of the recruitment process by identifying and initiating contact with potential candidates for our technical openings. Partnering with our recruiters and hiring managers, you will gather experience, skills, and competencies needed for recruitment requirements. Defining candidate profiles and building a pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs across a variety of roles including Software Engineers, QA Engineers, Product Managers, Security Engineers, Dev Ops Engineers, and IT professionals.
Location: Austin, TX Hybrid- In office 2-3 days per week.
6 Month Contract to begin with ability to convert based upon performance.
What You'll be Doing
• Source potential candidates to fit NinjaOne hiring needs, through research and direct outreach on various social media channels and internal platforms.
• Develop talent pools and manage candidate profiles including; candidate notes, resumes, and contact details, in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Create text, email and InMail content for candidate communications.
• Coordinate with talent acquisition partners, department managers, and team leads to identify candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct phone interviews with potential candidates, to verify qualifications, candidates needs, fit for our roles, and availability.
• Aid in the re-organization and cleanup of current candidate database and maintain ongoing accuracy.
• Other duties as needed.
About You
• 2+ Years experience working as a Technical Sourcing Specialist in a Talent Acquisition Team with a focus on software engineering talent.
• Solid organizational skills used to maintain updated candidate and client profiles and records.
• Excellent communication skills - you are a professional and the first impression of NinjaOne over phone, text and via email.
• Healthy dose of curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience building Boolean searches.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter search and project coordination features.
• Experience working with Jobvite, Greenhouse or similar ATS.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, OneDrive, Outlook)
