We’re a collaborative and supportive global team that’s passionate about hiring top talent, and we’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to help us do just that. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our R&D and Product teams to hire Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers—bringing in the people who will drive innovation at IAS. Our team hires for high-impact positions that drive innovation, whether it’s scaling existing teams, establishing teams in new regions, or building net-new functions. The talent we bring in has a direct and tangible impact on the business, shaping the future of IAS.
This isn’t just about filling roles—it’s about acting as a trustworthy talent advisor, building relationships, and continuously improving how we hire. You’ll work closely with engaged hiring managers who rely on your expertise to help them hire the best by offering market insights and strategic guidance to help them make the best hiring decisions. We’re looking for someone who brings fresh ideas and embraces innovation.
What you’ll get to do:
- Own and manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing through onboarding, ensuring an engaging, seamless, and positive candidate throughout each stage
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, advising them on hiring best practices, market trends, and recruiting strategy, and co-partner to drive the hiring process
- Partner with Talent Sourcer to proactively build talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs
- Use ATS reporting and data insights to communicate pipeline health and inform hiring strategy
- Develop trust with hiring managers through data, expertise, and consultative partnership
- Ensure interview teams are aligned and prepared, facilitating smooth collaboration and timely feedback
- Evaluate skills, culture add, and compensation expectations, conduct reference checks, and manage the offer phase
- Develop diverse sourcing strategies, tapping into innovative tools, networks, and communities to build a strong pipeline
- Partner with local organizations and industry groups to participate in recruiting events and employer branding initiatives
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement, leveraging automation, tools, and creative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
You should apply if you have most of this:
- 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting in a fast-paced environment where you’ve balanced multiple priorities
- Resilient and adaptable—you thrive in ambiguity, welcome challenges, and handle feedback with confidence
- A strong relationship-builder, eager to develop deeper partnerships with hiring managers and become a trusted advisor
- Curious and insights-driven—you use data to inform decisions and are excited to grow into a more strategic hiring approach
- Open to learning and evolving—you don’t need to have all the answers now, but you bring a problem-solving mindset and a drive to improve
- Comfortable with change and process iteration—you don’t just execute; you look for ways to make things better and more scalable
- Experienced in G-Suite, LinkedIn Recruiter, Slack, and ATS platforms (Greenhouse and Workday preferred)
- A self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and a bias for action
New York Applicants: The salary range for this position is $89,000 - $130,000. Actual pay may vary based on experience or geographic location.
