About the Role

Dandy is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter (Contractor) based in Brazil to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the Recruiting team, you will play a crucial role in driving our end-to-end hiring processes, enhancing candidate experience, and strengthening relationships with hiring managers. This role is pivotal in expanding our engineering talent footprint in the LATAM market, helping us attract and secure top-tier engineering talent in a rapidly growing company.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner closely with engineering leadership to build and expand our engineering team in Brazil.

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and the offer process.

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong and diverse pipeline of top engineering talent through research, social media, referrals, events, and proactive outreach.

  • Act as a strategic advisor to Dandy’s leadership by providing market insights, compensation guidance, and recruiting metrics to optimize our hiring process.

  • Deliver data-driven insights to leadership, continuously refining and improving our recruiting strategies and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with a focus on full-stack engineering roles.

  • Proven track record of successfully hiring engineers at all levels, from entry-level to principal engineers.

  • Experience hiring in Brazil and the broader LATAM market.

  • Strong ability to engage, attract, and network with high-caliber engineering talent across multiple business functions.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to advise and influence executives on hiring best practices.

  • Experience leveraging recruiting metrics to optimize processes and drive data-informed hiring decisions.
