Who we are

At Domino, we build software that helps the largest, AI-driven organizations build and operate advanced data science and AI solutions at scale. Our platform integrates a streamlined model development environment, MLOps capabilities, and novel features for collaboration, reuse, and reproducibility — all of which make data science teams more productive, reduce time to value, and ensure compliance. Our customers — like Johnson & Johnson, GSK, Bristol Myers, UBS, FINRA and the US Navy — are using our software to solve some of the most important challenges in the world, such as developing new medicines, securing our financial markets, or protecting our country. Backed by Sequoia Capital, Coatue Management, NVIDIA, Snowflake and other leading investors, we have been in business for a decade but are still a small team operating with the spirit of a startup. Especially in the world of AI today, we believe that the future is still being invented — and we want to be the ones building it. For more information, visit www.domino.ai

We define and mold our marketing initiatives, fueled by ambitious objectives to enhance our go-to-market triumphs and outperform in the competitive landscape. The team's responsibilities include the creation and execution of compelling positioning strategies and messaging, establishing thought leadership, and persuasive content that is used in sales, customer success, and, of course, marketing.

What your impact will be

  • Be the Technical Storyteller – Translate complex platform capabilities into clear, compelling content that showcases Domino’s technical advantages, unique differentiators, and real-world use cases to help the market understand why Domino stands out

  • Educate & Inspire – Deliver a continuous stream of high-impact content, including hands-on labs, demos, videos, blogs, training sessions, and webinars, to help data scientists and ML engineers unlock new possibilities with Domino
  • Influence Product & Strategy – Work closely with product and engineering teams to guide the roadmap, support product launches with technical collateral, and ensure our sales teams have the right tools and knowledge to drive adoption
  • Position Domino for the Future – Provide technical insights on emerging market trends, competitive landscapes, and ecosystem shifts, helping refine how Domino is positioned in the industry

What we look for in this role

  • AI/ML & Data Expertise – You have 5+ years of experience working with data science, AI/ML, MLOps, big data, and analytics technologies. You know the ins and outs of the latest tools, trends, and techniques
  • Technical Marketing & Advocacy – With 5+ years in technical marketing, developer advocacy, product marketing, sales engineering, or a similar role, you know how to bridge the gap between technical innovation and business impact
  • Strong Communication & Storytelling – You excel at turning complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives. Whether it's a technical whitepaper, a hands-on demo, a webinar, or a thought leadership blog, you know how to craft content that educates and inspires
  • Hands-On & Technical – You’re comfortable coding in Python and R, working with open-source ML tools, and getting hands-on with tech to showcase the "art of the possible"
  • Content Creation Powerhouse – You’ve built and delivered a variety of technical content, including white papers, architecture overviews, videos, training sessions, demos, and more. You understand what makes content engaging for technical audiences
  • Collaborative & Impact-Driven – You work seamlessly with engineers, sales, marketing, and product teams, managing multiple projects while bringing fresh ideas and initiatives to the table
  • AI/ML Trendspotter – You're a continual learner who stays ahead of the latest advancements in AI/ML and can educate both internal teams and the broader market on emerging trends

What we value

  • We strongly believe in the value of growing a diverse team and encourage people of all backgrounds, genders, ethnicities, abilities, and sexual orientations to apply
  • We value a growth mindset. High-performing creative individuals who dig into problems and see the opportunities for success
  • We believe in individuals who seek and speak the truth and can be their whole selves at work

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
