This role will lead a team of recruiting coordinators who will optimize our hiring process and take our candidate experience to the next level. In this position, you’ll work closely with Recruiting leaders, the Recruiting Operations team, and the global Coordination team to ensure success and consistency in process, progress, and service levels.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and mentor a team of coordinators while maintaining a high bar for the level of service provided to our internal and external clients, scheduling interviews when needed
  • Optimize the effectiveness of recruiting as an operation and drive consistency across the board
  • Provide development opportunities and performance feedback for direct reports
  • Recommend and implement improvements to hiring process and Greenhouse ATS workflow both for internal partners and candidates
  • Drive cross-functional projects by facilitating communication, coordination, planning and execution across the recruiting team and internal stakeholders
  • Use data to define program success metrics and inform strategic decisions

Who You Are:

  • Experienced in 5+ years of combined business experience, with 2+ years in recruiting coordination
  • Passionate about coaching others with 1+ years of experience managing a team
  • Deep understanding of recruiting lifecycle and tooling
  • Able to own and drive projects to completion; A creative thinker and problem solver 
  • Experienced in building and scaling candidate, interviewer, and coordination programs
  • Able to use data and analytics to develop insights and influence decisions
  • Experience with scheduling tools, such as GoodTime, is a plus!

Datadog offers a competitive salary and equity package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
