[Temporary] Talent Sourcer (Inbound)

This position is a 6 month temporary role and US-based only. 

Discord's Talent team is seeking an Inbound Sourcer to proactively identify, engage, and qualify potential candidates using our ATS and CRM systems. In this role you will be the first point of contact for candidates, delivering a positive and engaging candidate experience while managing a robust candidate pipeline. Familiarity with recruiting and the ability to manage a high volume of candidates while seamlessly collaborating with Recruiters will make you successful in this role.  

What you'll be doing:

  • Review and evaluate high-volume incoming job applications and source our ATS for qualified leads if we don’t have enough applicants.
  • Conduct initial phone screens with potential candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and fit for open positions
  • Provide a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-ups
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and qualifications
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in our applicant tracking system
  • Contribute ideas to enhance our job posting strategy and candidate matching processes

Must haves:

  • 2+ years of experience in a recruiting function, preferably with a mix of agency and in-house experience
  • Experience using Greenhouse or similar ATS/CRM systems
  • Experience conducting candidate phone screens, or otherwise proven comfort on phone calls
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environments

Would like to have:

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple candidate pools simultaneously
  • Track record of building relationships with both candidates and hiring teams
  • Ability to identify qualified candidates quickly and efficiently

The US base salary range for this temporary full-time position is $108,000 to $121,500 + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and, do not include benefits.
