Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator partners closely with our Recruiters, Recruiting Manager, Hiring Managers, and candidates in a fast-paced environment, often offering candidates their first impression of our organization. Strong candidates will be organizational gurus, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication and customer service skills, shift gears at a moment’s notice, and enjoy the challenges of identifying and securing exceptional talent. You will also bring a high level of integrity with a strong sense of urgency, follow-up and results-orientation.

This is a 3-month temporary full-time hybrid position with possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions

  • Scheduling, Offer letters, and Onboarding
    • Schedule hiring manager phone screens
    • Schedule onsite/virtual interviews
    • Create interview schedules and oversee day-of-interview activities
    • Create and execute offer letter for signature
    • Perform background checks, including employment and education verification
  • Own Travel and Relocation
    • Coordinate candidate travel for onsite interviews
    • Initiate new hire relocation when applicable and partner with relocation vendor
    • Serve as first-pass at responding to candidate issues with travel or relocation
  • Recruiting Projects and Initiatives
    • Partner on key recruiting projects such as training, Greenhouse management, outreach initiatives, career fairs and industry event participation, employer branding, and more.
    • Participate on additional projects as assigned.
    • Once reqs are opened, post job in strategic locations
  • All other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ year of experience in a recruiting function or a broader HR function with direct exposure to recruiting practices, processes and programs preferred
  • Proven success with heavy scheduling/calendaring, prioritization of time-sensitive needs and triaging of critical issues
  • Experience managing workflows in Applicant Tracking Systems, as well as strengths in using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint for business purposes
  • Strong service orientation with both internal and external customers
  • HR certification preferred

Working Conditions

Position may frequently require work outside of standard business hours for recruiting events, candidate management, hiring manager partnership, and time-sensitive business needs. 

Physical Requirements

  • This position requires the ability to work in an office environment at a workstation with heavy use of a computer and phone.
  • Infrequent expectation of lifting over 20 pounds.

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $26.87 - $40.33

Adaptive’s posted compensation information includes a base salary (or hourly rate) range and summary of other available total compensation. The base salary range represents a minimum-to-maximum salary (or hourly rate) available to candidates upon extension of offer. Base salary is thoughtfully considered upon offer and is determined through multiple evaluation checks throughout the interview process, including: a candidate’s ability to meet minimum qualifications (skills/experience/education), a candidate’s ability to thoughtfully address preferred qualifications, current market conditions, and internal pay equity. Listed base salary is exclusive of bonus, commission, equity, differential pay, benefits, and other incentives.
