Join us as Talent Acquisition Partner, Manager in our Lexington, MA office. Here, everyone matters, and you will be a vital contributor to our inspiring, bold mission. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, working on the Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) team, you will be empowered to provide talent acquisition (TA) support to our Global Data Digital & Technology (GDD&T) team. GTA is a newly formed function within Takeda Human Resources brought together to position Takeda's future success by strengthening our Talent attraction and retention engine, while adopting best-in-class hiring practices.
The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to our key stakeholders and have a deep understanding of talent market, talent acquisition practices, and tools to ensure full visibility to external trends.
The TA Partner will report into the Global Head of Talent Acquisition for GDD&T and will be responsible for hiring deliverables in the North America region. The TA Partner will deliver specialized Talent Acquisition support to GDD&T leaders by ensuring the recruiting strategy and resources are set for success in the local market. This individual will drive the full talent acquisition life cycle to attract and hire the best people, while working in partnership with HR Leaders and Business leaders to deploy the talent acquisition strategy.
How you will contribute:

  • Manage the full Talent Acquisition life cycle for data, digital and technology roles including sourcing, talent mapping, interview feedback/consultation, pre-offer, through to offer negotiation.
  • Manage process feedback loops and provide continuous improvements.
  • Partner with TA Head, HR Leadership, and key business leaders to ensure current and future strategic TA needs are achieved.
  • Ensure compliance with all required legal & compliance regulations and reporting related to Takeda's hiring initiatives.
  • Achieve an exceptional candidate experience which results in a distinctive competitive advantage for Takeda.
  • Participate in projects and serve as a member of Community of Practice forums and TA Regional committees.


Skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of delivering positive recruitment experience in a complex organization and an ability to execute complex recruitment strategies independently, advise others, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Proficient in conducting Full-Cycle Recruitment for various technology roles (data, digital & technology), capable of advising others and improving recruitment strategies.
  • Expertly navigates complex negotiations, advises others on negotiation strategies, and contributes to the improvement of negotiation practices.
  • Performs multitasking in highly complex situations without assistance, capable of advising others on effective multitasking strategies and anticipating future multitasking needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and communicate complex issues and concepts to various external and internal stakeholders.


This position is hybrid to Lexington, MA requiring to be in the office at least 5 days per month.

U.S. Base Salary Range:
$108,500.00 - $170,500.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
