GE HealthCare looking for a highly collaborative, detail oriented and proactive Contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator who will partner and support our Pharmaceutical Diagnostics business in the US, providing excellent candidate care through the recruitment process. With a focus on excellence, quality and candidate / people leader experience, this person will coordinate, and arrange, complex interview schedules that often span time zones and panel interviews. Communication is key in this position, with internal and external leaders. Project management skills will be an important aspect of this role as well as the ability to forecast and anticipate changing priorities. Using existing talent acquisition tools and practices as well as taking the initiative to stay up to date on new tools and systems that enhances the process.

Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities

Responsible for scheduling interviews for internal and external talent with our internal partners and their teams; Comfortable and highly adept at managing geographical time zones for interview / meeting scheduling.

Build and maintain relationships, becoming a trusted point of contact; Support the management and distribution of confidential information for prospective candidates, both internal and external.

Help to prepare high quality internal reports, including interview schedules, executive job descriptions, progress reports and other supporting materials to share with leaders. Could also include researching, sourcing and evaluating talent as well as communication management with candidates. Coordinating exploratory discussions, interview scheduling and feedback sessions.

May assist the Talent Acquisition team with the pre-hire, hire, and post-hire onboarding processes in Workday
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 2 years OR HS Diploma with 4 years of relevant TA Coordination experience

Highly proficient in Microsoft suite

Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

Highly accurate with a strong attention to detail and excellent project management skills

The ability to balance, organize, and work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing own work to meet challenging deadlines, with a commitment to quality, detail and excellent deliverables

Ability to grasp concepts and systems quickly and assimilate unstructured information without becoming overwhelmed

Diplomatic, patient and collaborative. A self-starter who is able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment with the ability to collaborate in a matrix and geographically dispersed team.
