Harris is seeking a Senior Vice President of Technology to play a pivotal role in the future of our Resolv business within our healthcare RCM division.  In this role, you will be a hybrid technical, business, and people mentor while partnering with strategic leaders in the development and oversight of the technological roadmap strategies to maximize the value for both our customers and internal users. 

The Senior Vice President will oversee Research & Development, Application Support, and System Administration departments. There will be a focus on defining benchmarks and key metrics to ensure delivery of timely, high-quality results. This role is an integral piece of the senior leadership team within Resolv and can be located anywhere in North America.

What You’ll Do:

  • Spearhead collaboration with key stakeholders to define processes to ensure communication, transparency, prioritization, and standardization of hardware and software across the business.
  • Collaborate on product roadmaps and ensure technology strategy, system architecture, and development tools support the timely delivery of features and improvements to meet our commitments.
  • Translating business goals & product requirements into actionable development plans focused on Harris and client success.
  • Communicating strategy developments, providing ongoing executive updates, prioritizing initiatives, and escalating roadblocks to executive leadership
  • Providing technical direction and guidance for all development needs throughout the organization
  • Continually evaluating the organizational structure and current technology as a means to enhance productivity and implementing appropriate changes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, industry partners, and stakeholders to identify technological advancements and strategic partnership opportunities.
  • Performing a full range of leadership responsibilities which may include but not be limited to interviewing, hiring, coaching and developing employees, assigning and directing work, driving performance management and managing department budgets.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of management experience at the product or people level.
  • Minimum of 10 years preferably in healthcare IT or regulated industry with proven knowledge of the healthcare markets is critical.
  • Excellent written and oral communicator in both large and small group settings.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal, coordinating, and organizational skills. Self-reliant, good analytical person that is results oriented.
  • Ability to work independently, show sound judgment and display initiative.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of contacts inside and outside of the organization.
  • Knowledgeable about HIPAA, EHR/EMR, regulations, market trends, technology, healthcare IT-relevant matters.
  • Demonstrate commitment to promulgating quality standards throughout the organization.
  • Working knowledge across various technologies. For example, Microsoft Azure, AWS, and SQL server.
  • Ability to obtain technical and functional knowledge of inhouse developed products to formulate a consolidation/standardization strategy to meet client and business needs to drive out cost.
