We are looking for a Supply Chain Project Manager to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions!  This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best in class service to our customers.

 In this role, you will support global data center supply chain operations by coordinating execution activities, tracking progress against timelines, and helping resolve operational escalations. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and fulfillment teams to ensure deployments stay on schedule and meet defined service-level agreements. Your work will directly support the infrastructure that powers large-scale cloud services worldwide, balancing execution rigor with data-driven insights and clear communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day execution support for global cloud infrastructure deployments
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure milestones, dependencies, and timelines are met
  • Track operational progress and identify risks, delays, or blockers early
  • Support escalation management and help drive resolution of deployment issues
  • Produce and maintain light operational reporting, dashboards, and status updates
  • Analyze supply chain and fulfillment data to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities
  • Support process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, scalability, and SLA adherence
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders through written updates, documentation, and presentations

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in project management, operations, or supply chain–related roles
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in supply chain, asset management, procurement, or fulfillment operations
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product or process design with an emphasis on operational optimization at scale
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience using PowerBI for data analysis and reporting
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and present insights clearly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced, execution-focused environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with SQL for data querying and analysis
  • Advanced PowerBI usage, including dashboard creation and performance tracking
  • Experience supporting large-scale, global operations or infrastructure programs
  • Background in process improvement, operational excellence, or continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience working in environments with defined SLAs and performance metrics
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort handling escalations and ambiguity

Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $95,000 to $100,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
