Education Required: Currently enrolled in an accredited program through a university or college; Instructional Design background preferred.

General Description/Scope of Responsibilities (Internship): The Commercial Learning and Development intern will be responsible for contributing to various projects, focusing on the development of impactful presentations via instructional videos, reference guides, and training decks relating to sales data/ analytics that will be provided. This individual will also contribute to the design and development of other projects that the CL&D team provides with similar visualizations that are accessible to learners on a user interface of our new Learning Experience Platform (LXP).

Essential Functions of the Internship:

  • Proficiency in instructional design.

  • Capability in e-learning development technologies, which include but not limited to: Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, Prezi, Adobe Captivate for content development & editing.

  • Effective time and project management, as well as communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work independently and on a team; positive, proactive, & team focused. 

  • Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None.

Travel: None, unless for voluntary attendance at offsite meeting.

Computer Skills: Highly skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat in addition to the required learning technologies.

Pay Rate:

$27.50/hr undergrad

$38.50/hr masters

$40.50/hr PhD

Salary Range: $ - $ per hour

BeiGene is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation packages are determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location. Packages may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor. The recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for a preferred location during the hiring process.  Please note that the listed range reflects the base salary or hourly range only. Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
