CFGI’s Business Transformation Practice is seeking a strategic leader to join our team as the Director, Strategic Partnerships. In this critical role, you will work closely with senior leadership, reporting to the Partner, Strategic Partnerships, to shape and execute business strategies that drive long-term success for CFGI’s strategic alliances and technology partnerships. With a focus on growth and innovation, you will lead by example, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. As a hands-on leader, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting CFGI’s strategic initiatives around strategic alliances and technology partnerships, while also being comfortable driving tactical execution and strategic planning.

Qualifications and Capabilities:
· Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience in maintaining or building strategic alliances and technology partnerships, including experience and proven success in a strategic partnership role.
· Strong understanding of technology solutions (e.g., ERP systems), the partnership ecosystem, and digital transformation trends.
· Experience working in the technology/accounting/financial management domain.
· Proven experience in leading large-scale projects and facilitating buy-in across diverse stakeholders.
· Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and
engage key stakeholders effectively.
· Strong attention to detail, including strong written communications skills.
· Driven and committed to exceeding targets.
· Team player with a collaborative orientation.
· Ability to remain organized and execute in a fast-paced environment.
· Travel is required.
