Requirements (What We’re Looking For):

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related field, or equivalent experience (Required) 

  • 2+ years of experience as a Staffing Analyst or Resource Management role (Required)

  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced environment (Required)

  • Workday consulting or schedule management experience  (Preferred)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Required)

  • Self-starter who can navigate complex tasks with autonomy 

  • Self-motivated and able to execute responsibilities with minimal supervision

  • Good problem solver with the ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives 

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks accordingly  

  • Self-starter, comfortable managing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously

  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral

  • Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust

  • Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):

  • Project Staffing: Utilize and interpret various data points to assign over 250 consultants to various projects while considering skill match, availability, and project requirements.

  • Resource Planning & Analysis: Conduct resource planning sessions to understand upcoming project demands and plan consultant allocations accordingly.

  • Schedule Management: Maintain and update scheduling databases to reflect consultant assignments, availability, and project timelines.

  • Efficiency Improvement: Develop and implement scheduling strategies that increase efficiency and allocate resources most effectively.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with project managers and department heads to anticipate staffing needs and resolve scheduling conflicts.

  • Consultant Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on consultant utilization rates and performance to optimize resource allocation.

  • Data-driven decision-making: Utilize HR and project management software to analyze staffing data, forecast needs, and make informed scheduling decisions.

  • Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and address staffing challenges, providing quick and practical solutions to prevent project delays.

  • Communication: Serve as consultants' primary point of contact regarding scheduling and assignments, maintaining clear and open communication channels.

  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and present detailed staffing reports to upper management, highlighting key metrics and any issues that need attention.

  • Professional Development: Keep abreast of the latest trends in workforce planning and scheduling technologies to enhance personal effectiveness and organizational performance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

The hiring base pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At TopBloc, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current hiring range salary is $70,000-$85,000.
