About the team + role
The Legend team is responsible for redefining the future of desktop trading. We believe that traders on desktop deserve the easy to use, intuitive experience Robinhood is known for with all the power and customization they’ve come to expect.
As a Staff designer on Legend, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting this groundbreaking product targeting active traders.

- Own high-impact projects and set the vision—Independently drive large, complex initiatives from concept to completion. Create intuitive, highly polished solutions that differentiate our products in the space.
- Elevate design– Set the standard for quality and design polish, ensuring the team pushes boundaries. Implement guidelines, standards, and processes that ensure consistency and quality.
- Drive business impact—Inspire cross-functional partners through your craft and storytelling. Lead process and projects that have direct impact on our goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement—Mentor and inspire the team, ensuring their continued growth and development.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

$165,000—$194,000 USD
