We’re looking for a versatile Full Stack Engineer whose passion for frontend excellence is matched only by their commitment to robust, scalable systems. In this role, you’ll primarily drive our rich, interactive user interfaces using React and TypeScript while also collaborating on backend services written in scala. You will be a key contributor in shaping an observability platform that is both powerful and intuitive for mission-critical systems.

    • Architect, develop, and optimize web-based UI components with React and TypeScript.

    • Create engaging, high-performance user experiences—think interactive visualizations and dynamic dashboards.

  • Full Stack Collaboration:

    • Work closely with backend teams developing services in Scala to ensure seamless API integration and system reliability.

    • Contribute to end-to-end feature development—from conceptualization and requirements to deployment and continuous improvement.

  • User-Centric Impact:

    • Focus on delivering an outstanding user experience for our customers.

    • Collaborate with product and design teams to iterate on and refine our user interfaces.

Preferred Experiences & Skills

While we value a broad spectrum of skills and experiences, the following areas are key for this role:

  • Frontend Technologies:

    • Expertise in React, with a deep understanding of component design, state management, and performance optimization.

    • Solid experience with TypeScript and a passion for writing type-safe, maintainable code.

  • Systems & Observability:

    • Understanding of container orchestration (Kubernetes, Rancher, etc.) and the challenges of building observability tools.

    • Exposure to modern CI/CD practices, GitOps, and infrastructure as code methodologies.

  • Backend & Full Stack Fundamentals:

    • Familiarity with building resilient backend services and API’s.

    • A good grasp of how browsers work and the intricacies of JavaScript performance and optimization.

  • Bonus Points:

    • Demonstrated expertise in building scalable, modular, and reusable frontend components.

    • Experience with modern frontend tools and libraries and a portfolio showcasing complex React applications.

    • Knowledge of functional programming paradigms.

Personal Attributes

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Communicates clearly and collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Is proactive in solving complex problems and isn’t afraid to experiment with new ideas.

  • Passionate about building great products—driven to create user-friendly, high-impact solutions where technology serves as a means to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

  • Embraces feedback and continuous learning to drive personal and team improvement.

  • Balances a keen eye for detail with a big-picture mindset—always thinking about how to best serve our enterprise customers.

  • Thrives in an environment that mixes startup agility with the reliability of mission-critical systems.
