Staff Analyst (Mid-Level)

The VC-25B Program is seeking a Staff Analyst (Mid-Level) to support the Support & Training Systems IPT (S&TS) based out of Tukwila, Washington or San Antonio, Texas. The Staff Analyst will work in a fast paced and dynamic environment to support long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives including scheduling, staffing and engineering deliverables analytics. The desired candidate must have strong organizational, data management, and project management skills.
Position Responsibilities:
- Partners with the VC-25B S&TS IPT on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives, and initiatives
- Partners with the VC-25B S&TS IPT to develop an operating rhythm that supports the business needs
- Reviews and evaluates strategic S&TS IPT issues and identifies implementation recommendations
- Provides continuous assessment of overall meeting/review architecture
- Analyzes and summarizes data used in the development and proposal of organizational direction (e.g., budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs)
- Provides data management/analytics for deliverables execution, budget/cost and short- & long-term staffing needs
- Aids in development of leadership level briefings
- Leads logistics planning & facilitation of large meetings/events
- Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements
- Collaborates with subject matter experts, suppliers, partners and customers to deploy broad organizational training
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Tableau or similar data analytics tools
- 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
- 3+ years of experience managing metrics to drive data driven solutions/decisions
- 3+ years of job experience interfacing with and supporting senior leadership
- 3+ years of experience producing presentations at the Executive level
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4-year college degree in business administration or similar

Summary pay range: $93,500 - $135,700
