As a Senior Software Manager, you will lead a team of Software Engineers in architecting, developing, testing and deploying high quality software. You will play a key role in product development, starting from collaborating with Product Management on feature definition to deployment. Your technical acumen, project management, communication and collaborative skills will help the team to be product-focused and keep deliverables on track.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of management experience leading a software development team.
- Motivation to take the initiative in a constantly-changing work environment.
- Experience working across functions with organizations such as Operations, Product Management, Sales and Marketing.
- Ability to partner with Product Management to manage current and upcoming projects, understand and navigate through competing priorities, and provide work estimation.
- Skills to mitigate project risks including business, technical and schedule risks.
- Strong understanding of SaaS application technologies.
- Experience developing applications in a Java ecosystem.
- Experience in Software development life cycle - Planning, Development, Integration, Validation, Release.
- Drive to continually improve engineering processes and standards and drive adoption throughout the organization.
- Good interpersonal skills to manage projects through difficult obstacles.
- Leadership to develop, mentor, coach, and grow the team.
- Passionate about customer experience

To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts include candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials and may vary from the amounts listed below.
The base pay range for this position is $165,000 - $210,000.
