Duties and Responsibilities

  • Designing and developing scalable and efficient solutions using Salesforce capabilities such as Salesforce Sales Cloud (CPQ), Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Collaborating with business analysts to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Providing technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews ensuring that the solutions meet performance criteria and quality standards.
  • Staying up to date with Salesforce releases and leverage new features and functionality to enhance systems.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to Salesforce capabilities.
  • Define and document technical specifications, solution design documents, and data models.

Required Experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders
  • 8+ years of related enterprise-level Salesforce experience with a Bachelor’s degree
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or Senior Developer, with a focus on Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of multiple Salesforce Cloud solutions.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CQP from the sales process side as well as the deployment of changes up through various environments.
  • Experience with Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Platform Events, and Salesforce APIs, Enterprise Patterns (fflib).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience with GitHub / DevOps / Gearset
  • Experience with code reviews & merge conflict resolution.
  • Experience with JIRA/Confluence
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies

Preferred Experience:

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.
  • Salesforce Certified Architect (Application, System, and/or Technical)
  • Healthcare industry experience
